The Manufactured Home Owners Association (Vic) Inc (MHOA Victoria) represents people who own their manufactured home but pay site rent under a Land-Lease agreement.
Our members live in manufactured home villages and relocatable home communities across Victoria. We provide a united voice for homeowners by sharing information, supporting members and raising awareness of issues that affect our community.
Together, we are working to protect the interests and future of manufactured home owners throughout Victoria.
