The Manufactured Home Owners Association (Vic) Inc, known as MHOA Victoria, is a not-for-profit organisation established to promote, advance, maintain and safeguard the combined and individual interests of manufactured home owners throughout Victoria.
MHOA Victoria was formed in response to the significant gaps in protections available to people who own their home but rent the land on which it is situated. Through our experiences and research, we recognised that Victorian manufactured home owners faced challenges that required a dedicated organisation focused specifically on their interests.

A Voice From Within the Community
What makes MHOA Victoria different is that we are residents representing residents.
Our Management Committee members have first-hand experience of living in manufactured home villages and understand the practical issues that homeowners can face. This lived experience, combined with our knowledge of the legislation and issues affecting land-lease communities, enables us to provide relevant information and represent the interests of manufactured home owners.
We also work with liaison representatives in villages where we have active members, helping to maintain connections with homeowners and understand the issues affecting communities across Victoria.
